A website can be that good!

Internet is the ideal medium for answering questions from your customers. The customer gets information at a time which suits him the best, in the middle of the night if necessary. He/she enters a question, follows the dialogue and automatically gets the right answer. It can be that simple, but this can be wilful in practice.

  

Where can it go wrong?

Automated search systems take your customer to a page on your website which comes quite close to his/her question. However, people have often already found that page themselves and they now want to know something else, something a bit more detailed. The result is that your customer gets frustrated and sends an e-mail, which is not good for your image.

  

The right answer
ZoomBIM’s Virtual Advisor does not work with simple search systems, but with a dialogue structure which can also be used by the Call Centre. This dialogue is composed in a user-friendly way and gives the customer extra information when it is needed. A number of concrete questions guides the customer to the actual right answer. A website can be that good.
