A complete overview at any given time

Organizing a trade fair involves a great deal of administration. How will the stands be distributed and set up? What group of customers will visit the fair and how can this information be classified? Zoom BIM has brought all these variants together in TEMS, the complete information system for the trade fair organizer.

Online visualization

TEMS actually consists of four modules. The most interesting from a commercial point of view is the Standfinder. Potential exhibitors can see a visualization online of the trade floor and the possible location of their stand. They can view all the available alternatives and see where their competitors have their stands. As a result of the visualization people quickly decide to hire a larger stand than they originally intended to. Standfinder also saves the organizer a great deal of work with cutting and pasting in order to visualize the stands. The result is more turnover with less work.

Mistakes not possible
For the exhibitors there is the Exhibitornet. Exhibiters can fill in order forms here which are dealt with by e-mail. Everything is taken care of, from the carpet on the floor to the electricity supply. Everything is set online; as a result the risk of making mistakes or errors is minimized.

Successful in practice
There are two modules for the public: the public website is informative, easy to view and dynamic. Wayfinder also gives an online map of every exhibition hall, with all the stands available there. A description can be found for every exhibitor including the products on offer. Visitors can prepare at home for their visit to the trade fair.
