Integral WMO Desk: Where is support really needed?

 
The Integral WMO Desk is a tailor-made aid for municipalities for managing and answering the large volume of questions with regard to the WMO act. The digital desk is open to everyone who wishes to use it: the WMO consultant at the desk, the person who assesses the needs, the foundation for well-being of the elderly, Stichting Welzijn Ouderen, the discharge nurse in the hospital and also the customers themselves via the municipality website.

Municipality has direction
The Integral WMO Desk by ZoomBIM is filled with specific knowledge and the most up-to-date rules and the processing of WMO applications. In this way the municipality maintains direction completely. When a customer gets in contact, the customer’s problem can be determined using the composed dialogue, thereby searching for ‘the question behind the question’: how does the customer experience the problem, where do the limitations lie and what support is really needed?

Variable form
The form of the dialogue is variable. The WMO consultant will be supported in particular by tips and suggestions for follow-up questions, whilst clear use of language with a detailed explanation of the possibilities can be used via the website during a dialogue with the customer.
